We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The AC worked faultlessly, providing a cool and quiet atmosphere. The powerful shower had stable temperature control, ensuring a refreshing experience. We were impressed with the great WiFi, reliable throughout our stay. Check-in was easy, with preprinted paperwork only requiring a signature. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the provision of fizzy water in the room and the availability of good quality coffee in the restaurant, free all day. The hotel's location was convenient, as it was just a 10-15 minute walk from the city center, making it easy to explore the shopping street and access local shops.

The room at Stadthotel Am Romerturm was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The hairdryer provided was powerful, unlike in most hotels. I was kinda surprised to find a plate of fruit and cakes in my room, along with Haribos on the pillow. The tea, coffee, and kettle were all in good condition. The bed was comfy with big, thick pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep. The cleanliness of the hotel was also commendable. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated close to the train station and in the centre. The room we stayed in was well-equipped with facilities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee amenities, and a mini-bar. The housekeeping did a great job maintaining the room, and the staff were welcoming and attentive to our needs. The terrace was a great addition to the hotel, where we spent some leisurely time enjoying the sun. The amenities provided including the electric kettle, tv, and toiletries made our stay even more comfortable.

The room was clean and bright, located on the 5th floor with a nice view. It was comfortable and had a nice bathroom. The hotel was in a quiet area, and within walking distance of a high-end shopping area and several Christmas markets.
Couldn't be happier, the staff was friendly and accommodating.
